Rodney Hutton
, a native of Greene County, Alabama born October 3, 1985. He was the seventh of eight children born to David Lee and Yvonne Brown Hutton. He departed this life on December 26, 2015 while participating as an observer in one of his favorite hobbies: racing. He is welcomed to Heaven by his paternal grandparents: Bias and Louida Hutton; and maternal grandfather: Andrew Bailey.

Rodney was educated in the Greene County School System attending Paramount and Greene County High School.  Until his untimely transition from this life he was a member of New Light Baptist Church, served as a member of the Volunteer Fire Department and was employed 10 years by Abramson Concrete Company out of Birmingham, Alabama. His favorite past times were fishing and attending car racing events.

Quiet and humble, Rodney held strong Christian and family values.  He demonstrated a strong work ethic and desire to help others. Observant and good listener one could be assured that he would respond to a need with love and discretion as the situation required.  For this many will miss him.

Rodney committed his life to one special person, Jamelia Edison, July 2015.
